TRAINING
We provide training to help those in the mentoring and youth development fields engage in more critical and liberatory practices. We also provide diversity, equity, and inclusion training for corporations. Among our clients are; The Center for Urban Education at the University of Pittsburgh, Summer Search, The Canadian Mentoring Partnership, and Do Big Things.
RESEARCH AND THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
We conduct research that illuminates alternative mentoring models and youth development models marginalized populations. We currently have a Spencer Research grant to study the mentoring experiences of Black women and girls.
INCIDENT RESPONSE TEAMS
We train mentoring and youth development professionals to support youth-facing and youth-serving organizations to provide critical responses to community incidences. We supported Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities as they served youth after the George Floyd murder.
