PROJECTS

Big Brothers Big Sisters America

We are currently partnering with BBBSA to help facilitate their internal diversity, equity inclusion work. In this process we are holding webinars, coaching calls and providing training for the national office as well as their special Altria 360 sites.

Obama Foundation My Brothers Keeper Alliance

We are providing technical training assistance to the California communities awarded the Obama Foundation's Seed and Impact grants. Each of these organizations is working to provide support for boys and young men of color.

California Community Foundation

We are co-planning, facilitating and helping to lead the California Community Foundation's Young Men of Color Fellowship. This fellowship is providing support for 25 community partners supporting the academic and life success of men and boys of color in  Los Angeles County.

University of Pittsburgh Center for Urban Education

We are providing professional development for the next cohort of Heinz Fellows, who are professional mentors placed in Pittsburgh's high need schools to be matched with youth. The Heinz Fellows Program offers an extraordinary, year-long opportunity for forward-thinking, social justice-oriented individuals who are interested in advancing equity in education.
